Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Finddax service ("we", "the service"), operated by sole proprietor (FOP) Мелай Даяна Дмитрівна (Melai Daiana Dmytrivna), Ukraine. By signing up for and using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

Finddax searches Google Maps for local businesses without a website by the given keywords and city, provides an AI analysis of the business, lets you generate a real site for it through the public abect.com API, and prepares a pitch text for the owner.

2. Account and credits

Using the service requires signing in with a Google account or with email and password. Searches and site generation spend your account’s credits; your current balance is always visible in the interface. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure (including your password) and for all actions taken under it.

3. Plans and payment

  • Free — free of charge, with no expiry, a limited number of credits and search results.
  • Pro — a paid plan with extended result and credit limits; activated right after a successful payment.
  • Custom — not a separate plan but a one-time credit top-up, available on any plan, with no monthly cycle.

Payment is processed by the payment provider Monobank Acquiring on its own page — card details are entered there and never reach us (see the Privacy Policy, section 5). Both the Pro plan payment and a Custom top-up are one-time purchases: credits are added immediately after payment, and there is no automatic monthly charge or renewal unless we notify you otherwise.

4. Withdrawal period (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, under Directive 2011/83/EU you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Since credits are added immediately after payment — that is, the service starts right away at your explicit request and with your consent — you lose the right of withdrawal once the payment is credited. This is exactly what the checkbox on the checkout page asks about. If you do not agree to waive the withdrawal period, do not tick the checkbox and do not complete the payment.

5. Refunds

A paid plan or credit top-up is non-refundable, except in cases of: a double charge for a single order, a charge after the order was cancelled before completion, or the service being continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours through our fault. In such cases, write to us — we will review your request within 30 days.

6. Created sites and pitches

  • A business site is created through the public abect.com API and published on a *.abect.site subdomain.
  • The pitch text for the owner is generated by an AI model and may contain errors or inaccuracies — review it before sending.
  • Sending a pitch to a business owner (by phone, Viber, email, etc.) is the user’s own action outside the service.

7. Your content

Pitch texts and saved search settings remain yours — we make no claim to them. Public data about the businesses found (Google Maps) is neither your content nor our property; it is third-party data.

8. Prohibited use

  • Mass abuse, spam, or circumventing the limits of Google Maps or the Abect API.
  • Using the service for illegal activity or to mislead business owners.
  • Attempts to bypass the service’s restrictions or credit economy, or to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend an account with a warning, and for a serious violation — immediately and without warning, including deleting the account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, search accuracy or the quality of AI-generated content. We do not guarantee continuous availability and schedule maintenance in advance whenever possible.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the consequences of pitches sent through the service, nor for the actions of third parties (Google, Abect, DeepSeek, Monobank, Brevo). In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid over the last 12 months (zero for Free plan users).

11. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time (`/app/account`) — the data is deleted with no way to restore it. We may suspend or delete an account for violating these terms (section 8).

12. Disputes and governing law

We first resolve disputes by correspondence at the email below. The laws of Ukraine apply; for EU consumers, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
